Hello, it’s Kevin.
I’m planning some new mini-courses for the Substack.
Which of these would you be most interested in learning first…?
Psychophysical Culture (like ‘physical culture’ but focussed on mind-body techniques, self-experimentation, and bridging the gap between psychology and physiology.)
Anti-Meditation (a short daily practice for developing focus and avoiding distractions - but has nothing to do with ‘concentration’ exercises or creating new habits.)
Intro to the Alexander Technique (note: my approach is unorthodox and not what they teach in training courses or what you’ll see on youtube etc, although I’ve trained in both ways.)
Walking Through Words (the theory & practice of not reacting to the things people say, getting angry at the news, negative self-talk etc.)
Or maybe something else I’ve written about here or talked (ranted) about on the podcast, but you’d like to know more?
Cheers! You can either reply to this email, leave a comment, or get me on Twitter
Thanks for reading,
Kevin
Anti-Meditation 100%
I like them in the order you presented them. Psychology/ physiology gap first followed by anti meditation. Both sound quite interesting. All the rest do to be sure.
