Here are three essays I wrote on the philosophy of movement practices.

My views have changed a lot in the past year, and I’m not sure if I’ll even keep using the term “movement practice” to describe what I do. There are too many assumptions and expectations when someone talks about movement, and I want to distance myself from things like fitness and somatic therapies.

But these three essays taken together show my first, rough, groping attempt at thinking about movement practices in a new way.
