Yes it’s been dormant for a while but I’ll be adding new videos this week. A few of the things I wanted to write about for the 100 daily posts have turned out to be “video shaped.”

I have a few topics in mind for ongoing series. The plan is to experiment with different formats and styles for a while, see what works, and alternate between topics to keep it interesting.

There are two video series are already on the channel:

1. The old podcast I did with Erik and Keith. These were long chats on how to have an integrated view of health, fitness & spirituality.

2. The Dexterity series I did with Keith (+ guests.) This has unique content on “the next big thing” but hardly anyone has watched them, it’s a shame :)
